1. Loan Applications & Approval

When you submit an enquiry or loan application through the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Submitting an application does not mean you have received an offer, pre-approval, or guarantee of funding.
  • All applications undergo internal evaluation, credit checks, and due diligence.
  • If approved, loan terms (amount, duration, interest, fees, etc.) will be provided in a formal agreement.
  • 1-Fund may decline any application at its sole discretion and without explanation.

2. No Financial Advice

The information on this Site is provided for general reference only. It should not be treated as financial, legal, or investment advice. Before making any financial decisions, consult a qualified advisor. 1-Fund does not serve as your agent, trustee, or fiduciary.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials on this Site—including text, branding, graphics, and other intellectual property—belong to 1-Fund or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the Site without prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1-Fund does not guarantee that the Site will always be accessible, error-free, or secure.
